  • How much does shipping cost?

    Tracked shipping costs £2.70 or it's free when you spend £15!

  • How long will it taKe for my order to arrive?

    Please allow 1-3 days for me to package your order and once you have received your dispatch notification, delivery will typically take 2-4 business days (as long as there are no postal delays).

  • What materials do you use?

    All earrings are available in 925 sterling silver or stainless steel hooks as well as gold plated versions of both of these materials.

  • Why do you include a free Keyring?

    Here at TheBlackMoonStudio I try my best to reduce as much waste as possible, so I like to find ways to repurpose old or imperfect charms and beads to save them from going to waste. I understand not everyone loves a random free gift, so if you would rather have any of them taken out of your order, just pop a message in the 'order special instructions' box in the checkout.

  • What pacKaging do you use?

    All our earrings are hung on a piece of card and wrapped in tissue paper for protection. They then get dispatched in a secure cardboard box, this way I can ensure that TheBlackMoonStudio's packaging is fully recyclable.
